:: COSTA BLANCA
The Costa Blanca is arguably the most beautiful of all the Spanish costas and has recently been named by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest places on the planet to live with more than 300 days of sunshine per annum. Spanish for ‘White Coast’ referring to its endless sandy beaches and coves. The better known beaches such as Benidorm is a perennial favourite with tourists flocking from all over Europe and further afield. However, here on the Costa Blanca we still have many beaches such as Albir, Altea, Moraira and Javea which have not succumbed to mass tourism and high rise developments. These towns still retain the Spanish charm, which many of us come to Spain for. The Costa Blanca is steeped in history, with castles dating back to the times of the feuding Moors and Christians, which is still the subject of the largest ‘fiesta’ and can last for up to a week, longer for some!

Golf, over the past 20 years Spain has probably seen the construction of more golf courses than any other country in the world. The reason for this is largely due to the near perfect climate for golfing. On the Costa Blanca we have our share of golf courses to suit all abilities.
